If however you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service including our bill please try to resolve the problem with the person dealing with your work.
If you are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction you should set out your complaint in writing and send it to the client care partner, Karen Willis, at 37 Greevegate, Hunstanton, Norfolk, PE36 6AB or by email email@example.com.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of our complaint and you are a member of the public, a very small business, a charity, club or trust, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman of PO box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ to consider your complaint.
