It is important for both parties to get advice at an early stage, in particular in relation to a commercial transaction, and often this should be before the Heads of Terms are agreed.
If acting for the Landlord, we can prepare the Tenancy Agreement.
If acting for the Tenant, we can guide them through implications of the various terms contained in the Lease, in particular the importance of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, repairing obligations and service charge commitments.
We are happy to discuss costs with you, however our fee earners hourly rate is £225.00 per hour plus VAT. Most work will be undertaken on the basis of an hourly rate unless a fixed fee is agreed.
